Browning Appointed Corporate PD

TEJAS BROADCASTING has appointed JOSEPH BROWNING Corporate PD - English Stations.  JOE (a.k.a. “CRASH” KELLEY), who began his radio career at WAMX/HUNTINGTON, WV, has worked closely with the programming team at three Cumulus clusters and has also assisted with music programming in various other markets.
