MATRIX BROADCASTING has upped Classic Rock WFXF (103.9 THE FOX)/DUNDEE, IL and AC WZSR (STAR 105.5)/WOODSTOCK, IL GSM KATHLEEN CAHILL to VP/GM of the stations.
