ARISTA NASHVILLE artist CARRIE UNDERWOOD held a FACEBOOK Q&A YESTERDAY (8/20) after a live announcement regarding new music. UNDERWOOD released a new single, "Smoke Break," directly to Country radio YESTERDAY (8/20) immediately following the announcement. The single is the first from her forthcoming fifth studio album, "Storyteller," which is set to street on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23rd.
