Control of MTS BROADCASTING, L.C., licensee of Adult Standards WCEM-A and Top 40 WCEM-F (106.3 THE HEAT)/CAMBRIDGE, MD, Country WAAI/HURLOCK, MD, and Oldies WTDK (107.1 THE DUCK)/FEDERALSBURG, MD, is being sold by the ISADORE MORTON GUDELSKY TRUST, THOMAS C. and SHELLEY G. MULITZ, and LAURA BRYNA GUDELSKY MULITZ to TROY HILL (70%), BEVERLY M. JONES (15%), and SHANE C. WALKER (15%) for $460,000 in a promissory note.

In other filings with the FCC, PAT JARRELL is selling Southern Gospel WBNM-A/ALEXANDER CITY, AL to WESTBURG BROADCASTING MONTGOMERY, LLC for $30,000.  WESTBURG is also buying the AM station's FM translator simulcast facility W257DL (formerly W256BZ)/ALEXANDER CITY from ALABAMA CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. for $90,000.

The sale of VILCOM INTERACTIVE MEDIA News-Talk WCHL-A-250BP/CHAPEL HILL, NC by trustee EVERETT B. SASLOW, JR. to  LESLIE RUDD's RUDD MEDIA, LLC has been filed, and the price, also including the CHAPELBORO.COM website, is $545,000.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W276CP/BLOOMER, WI to STEWARDS OF SOUND, INC. for $22,000.  The translator will rebroadcast News-Talk WOGO-A/HALLIE, WI.

SSR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the swap of Silent KIMW/HEFLIN, LA to CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. for W245AH/RIDGELAND, MS.

FMI MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for a new FM at TIPTON, OK to NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. for $25,000.

BOTT BROADCASTING-affiliated COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of  W292EO/DECATUR, IL to THE CROMWELL GROUP, INC. OF ILLINOIS for $5,000.

The estate of JOSE J, ARZUAGA, represented by his widow and executrix IDALIA ARZUAGA, has closed on the sale of Spanish Adult Hits WOYE (MAGIC 97.3)/RIO GRANDE, PR and WIDI (MAGIC 99.5)/QUEBRADILLAS, PR to AA BROADCAST, INC., owned 50% each by IDALIA ARZUAGA and son JOSE J. ARZUAGA ARRIETA.

And PROGRESSIVE BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC. has closed on the sale of W259BJ/WARSAW, IN to TALKING STICK COMMUNICATIONS, L.L.C. for $60,000. The station will rebroadcast News-Talk WRSW-A (1480 NEWS NOW)/WARSAW.
