News-Talk veteran TOM DAVIS -- known at previous stops as T.J. HART -- has joined GREAT PLAINS MEDIA News-Talk WRPW (CITIES 92.9)/BLOOMINGTON-NORMAL, IL as PD and morning host, replacing IAN BAYNE.

DAVIS comes to CITIES 92.9 from MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING/LONG NINE, INC. News-Talk WMAY-A/SPRINGFIELD, IL, where he was PD and hosted 9-11:30a (CT).  His resume includes two tours of duty at WMAY, plus ENTERCOM News-Talk WSKY/GAINESVILLE-OCALA, FL, CUMULUS News-Talk KWQW (WOW FM)/DES MOINES, and CUMULUS News-Talk WJBC-A-F/BLOOMINGTON, IL.

At WMAY, sister Active Rock WQLZ host MIKE WENNMACHER moves back to the AM talker to co-host middays with the cluster's Creative Services Director and former Hot AC WLCE (ALICE @97.7) morning host JOHNNY MOLSON, with FRIDAY's show adding GREG BISHOP for the return of "THE MANCAVE."
