UMPG Signs Grammy Winner Jeff Bhasker To Publishing Deal

UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING GROUP has signed an exclusive, worldwide music publishing agreement with GRAMMY-winning producer/songwriter JEFF BHASKER, it was announced today by UMPG Chairman/CEO JOEY GERSON,
One of the most in-demand writer/producers on the music scene, BHASKER has co-written and produced some of the best-selling and most performed songs in recent years, including the global smash “Uptown Funk” by MARK RONSON featuring BRUNO MARS.
BHASKER noted that GERSON has been "instrumental" in his songwriting career. "Her guidance and knowledge is second to none. I'm very excited to continue writing songs that unite, uplift and challenge convention with her at UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING."
Added GERSON: “It’s a thrill and an honor to continue working with JEFF and bring him to UNIVERSAL. His music knows no boundaries and his talents are limitless.”
BHASKER’s credits also include the hits "We Are Young" by FUN., JAY-Z's "Run This Town," BRUNO MARS' “Locked Out Of Heaven," EMINEM's “Headlights," KANYE WEST's "All Of The Lights," P!NK's “Just Give Me A Reason," ALICIA KEYS' “Girl On Fire" and DRAKE's "Find Your Love,” among many more. He’s also worked with TAYLOR SWIFT, ED SHEERAN and THE ROLLING STONES. Under his label KRAVENWORKS, he co-wrote and produced CAM's recent single, “Burning House,” which was the most added radio single for a debut female since 2007.
