Country Music Association To Relocate Offices In 2016

The COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (CMA) will relocate its offices in 2016, sharing a five-story office space with SESAC. The deal with PANATTONI DEVELOPMENT COMPANY would place the CMA on the first and second floor of the 35MSE building, which is currently under construction at 35 16th Avenue South in NASHVILLE.

The 27,000-foot space will allow CMA to consolidate its day-to-day staff and television production team under one roof and will provide state-of-the-art event space for industry functions. As part of the agreement, PANATTONI would acquire the current CMA building.
