IMAGEM MUSIC GROUP has promoted three of its core team in the NEW YORK office, according to CEO/co-Founder ANDRE DE RAAFF. Former COO BILL GADEN has been named CEO of IMAGEM U.S., STEVE KING has been promoted to VP/Creative Services and ISABEL ARISSO has been upped to Manager Of Creative Services.
Since first taking on the role of CEO earlier this year. GADEN has aligned the multiple branches and departments in harmony, working towards continued growth, expansion, and evolution together. "We've got such an incredible team," GADEN said. "Collectively, we try to give the best personal service to everyone we represent. Our goal is to be creative, dedicated, and passionate across the spectrum for everything from classical and theatrical to pop music."
GADEN is a HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL graduate who held executive positions at ARISTA RECORDS, BMG, BBC WORLDWIDE, SIMON & SCHUSTER and THE ESTATE OF LEONARD BERNSTEIN. In 2009, IMAGEM acquired RODGERS & HAMMERSTEIN, where he served as GM, rising to COO and to his current post.
STEVE KING first joined the staff in 2009 and quickly became an integral member of the IMAGEM team through many major branding initiatives such as LES MICHELE's rendition of "My Favorite Things" for DOVE and placing "In The Air Tonight" with a DODGE HELLCAT mini-film, among others.
"We're always trying to get creative and think of new ways to breathe new life into these great copyrights," commented KING.
Following his graduation from the UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA, STEVE founded his own company REGALIA ENTERTAINMENT in 2003, fostering partnerships with brands such as COCA-COLA; and events including the BEIJING OLYMPICS and the WORLD CUP. He joined IMAGEM U.S. as a music consultant in NEW YORK, and opened the L.A. office. In 2013, he moved back to N.Y. as the Dir./Creative Services before his latest promotion.
ISABEL ARISSO has been instrumental in pro-actively securing synchronization across video games, movies, television, sports and advertising for copyrights throughout IMAGEM's U.S. catalog.
"I've always been extremely passionate about film and music," she says. "I knew that synchronization would be the direction I wanted to take my career in, and IMAGEM enables me to help others reach their creative goals."
The FORDHAM UNIVERSITY alum worked at FOCUS FEATURES before taking a job at an entertainment law firm, working on everything from registering copyrights to licensing and contracts.
