The FCC has proposed a $15,000 fine against JEAN YVES TULLIAS for operating a pirate radio station on 107.9 FM in IRVINGTON, NJ.
The Commission noted that TULLIAS "has a history of operating unlicensed FM stations in NEW JERSEY" and had previously been warned; the 107.9 operation drew a 2012 notice, then a 2015 visit from the FCC and a warning to his then-landlord, and then the station reappeared at a new location in ORANGE, NJ, where the FCC identified TULLIAS as the operator; the station, "FRIENDSHIP RTV," then moved back to IRVINGTON. TULLIAS has not responded to the notices.
