Anabella Poland Leaves SiriusXM For GM Post At Montclair State University's WMSC

SIRIUSXM Director of Talent & Industry Relations ANABELLA POLAND is leaving after almost eight years with the company to join MONTLCAIR STATE UNIVERSITY's WMSC-F as General Manager, effective SEPTEMBER 14th.
POLAND negotiated and managed hundreds of interviews, events and performances with A-level HOLLYWOOD actors, celebrities and musicians for 135 originally produced SIRIUSXM channels. Prior to joining SIRIUSXM, she was a segment producer at ABC NEWS' "Good Morning AMERICA," where she booked and produced breaking news, cultural stories, entertainment and the summer concert series, winning an EMMY for Outstanding Morning Program in 2007. Her work has also appeared on ABC WORLD NEWS, 20/20 and Nightline.
POLAND often contributed stories to abcnews.com and to the first network initiative aimed at HISPANIC audiences, ABC NEWS EXCLUSIVA. She continues her work as a USA correspondent for “El Exprimidor,” an award-winning news and current events radio show in ARGENTINA.
As an on-air talent since 2002, POLAND has reported on three U.S. presidential elections, AFGHANISTAN and IRAQ WARS, relevant breaking news, feature stories and the world of entertainment. For five years, she served in the Community Advisory Board (CAB) for WFUV, the public radio station licensed to her alma mater, FORDHAM UNIVERSITY.
