CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY NORTHRIDGE Triple A KCSN/LOS ANGELES has promoted JEFF PENFIELD to the position of APD. PENFIELD joined KCSN in 2013 as programming manager. His previous experience includes programming positions at WERS/BOSTON and WSGE/CHARLOTTE.
SKY DANIELS, KCSN GM/PD said, “JEFF has been a tremendous addition to the KCSN staff. He possesses strong understanding of Triple A formatics, social media, and web development. He brings an incredible work ethic to everything he does. He is well-deserving of this promotion.”
PENFIELD said, "This is a truly exciting time to be at KCSN. With an expanding reach in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA and increasing passion from our listeners, I'm thrilled to help fulfill our mission of supporting musicians every day."
PENFIELD’s promotion comes as KCSN prepares to launch its new remote studio and Live Performance space at THE VILLAGE @ WESTFIELD TOPANGA, a partnership with HARMAN/JBL. In other KCSN programming news, JIM NELSON moves to morning drive and NIC HARCOURT segues to middays at KCSN.
