Pulse Team Poses With Performers Post-show

This past weekend CURTIS MEDIA Top 40 WPLW (THE NEW PULSE 96.9 & 102.5)/RALEIGH hosted it's 3rd annual Back 2 School Bash in the center court of Crabtree Valley Mall.  The lineup for this year's free show featured BEA MILLER, NATHAN SYKES and DAYA. The station hoped to beat last year's record attendance and PULSE listeners did not disappoint, as they showed up in masses and set a new attendance record.   

PD/morning man, MIKE BIDDLE, was very happy with the turnout. "It's so awesome to see the power of radio in action. We had 800 of the best listeners ever come out to see BEA, NATHAN and DAYA. I must say the highlight came early on when DAYA closed out her set with "Hide Away" and everyone there was signing along. To see a brand new artist have their first single catch on that quickly because of our airplay ... well, let's just say I fell in love with radio all over again."
