TILSON III and RENATE TILSON's MCKENZIE RIVER BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $650,000 ($100,000 down, $400,000 cash at closing, $150,000 in a promissory note). The sale is of the license and construction permit to move from GLENEDEN BEACH to COBORG and does not include the call letters, programming, or equipment or other tangible property.

In other filings with the FCC, HACIENDA SAN ELADIO, INC. is donating silent WRRE-A/JUNCOS, PR to MARANATHA RADIO MINISTRIES for no consideration.

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. is selling W284CI/MILWAUKEE to BUSTOS MEDIA OF WISCONSIN, LLC for $155,000.
