The FCC has proposed a $15,000 fine against ALEJANDRO RAMIREZ for operating a pirate FM station at 90.5 FM in PATERSON, NJ.
The Commission said that RAMIREZ and his wife HILDA RODRIGUEZ have previously been warned about operating pirate stations and were programming "KALIENTEMIX" on the station.
