Harker: Local Radio Ratings Up For Six Straight Months

HARKER RESEARCH's latest RADIO INSIGHTS posting indicates that "local radio turned a corner in JANUARY."

For the first time since PPM was implemented, radio put together six consecutive months of year-over-year listening growth, as HARKER wonders, "Why aren't we hearing more about this?" and pondering whether the role of VOLTAIR in the turnaround "would be an admission that PPM is flawed."
