Syndicated talker Dr. DALIAH WACHS has won a BIBO Award -- "Beauty In/Beauty Out" -- as one of twelve women to be honored by the organization's LAS VEGAS chapter.

The organization says that its mission is "to provide true beauty education (not just limited to external attributes) and to celebrate and honor the great works, community contributions, and entrepreneurial successes of real female role models in local communities nationwide."
