ALL ACCESS sends condolences to BLASTER ENTERTAINMENT artist JAMES OTTO, whose grandfather PETE LEE passed away TODAY (9/22). "He seem[ed] ready to go," OTTO shared via FACEBOOK. "I think he'll be happier on the other side with my grandma."
