SOULJA BOY TELL'EM f/SAMMIE's "Kiss Me Thru The Phone" marks the second CERTIFIED video for the CHICAGO-born, ATLANTA-raised pop star formerly known as DeANDRE CORTEZ WAY after "Crank That," which is approaching 200 million views.
