RCA NASHVILLE artist MIRANDA LAMBERT and the GRAND OLE OPRY are coming together this SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3rd to find homes for rescue dogs as the OPRY celebrates its 90th birthday. The free party on the plaza features ABC-TV's "NASHVILLE" cast members CHARLES ESTEN, SAM PALLADIO, CHRIS CARMACK and AUBREY PEOPLES. LAMBERT's MUTTNATION FOUNDATION will be present with rescue dogs, waiting to be adopted.
MUTTNATION will return to the OPRY on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6th when LAMBERT visits for two shows featuring ALAN JACKSON and MARTY STUART, among others. Additionally, throughout the month of OCTOBER, OPRY guests may use the code "PAWS" at check-out to designate a portion of their ticket proceeds to MUTTNATION.
"What an honor that the GRAND OLE OPRY has invited MUTTNATION to its 90th Birthday Bash," said the foundation's co-founder BEV LAMBERT. "With its impeccable reputation, MIRANDA and I are aware the OPRY could have selected any number of pet charities with which to work. We are extremely humbled that they've entrusted MUTTNATION FOUNDATION to join arms and paws in OCTOBER."
