ATLANTIC/WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE artist HUNTER HAYES surprised fans on their way to the PEPSI GULF COAST JAM earlier this MONTH. HAYES worked together with the PANAMA CITY BEACH Police Department and Officer TOMMY ANDERSON to have the shuttle bus carrying lucky fans pulled over for a mock traffic stop so that HAYES could board the bus and issue tickets -- upgraded seat tickets -- to the fans aboard.
