DEMI LOVATO, JOE JONAS and new band DNCE and ALESSIA CARA along with UMG execs AVERY LIPMAN, DAVID MASSEY, ERIC WONG, FAISEL DURRANI, MICHELE ANTHONY, MIKE TUNNICLIFFE, MONTE LIPMAN and STEVE BARTELS as well as COMPLEX personnel presented the "MUSIC IS UNIVERSAL" showcase last night at the HIGHLINE BALLROOM during ADVERTISING WEEK in NEW YORK in celebration of their new partnership and launch of the UMG+COMPLEX STUDIOS at the HIGHLINE BALLROOM,
UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP and multi-platform media network COMPLEX announced the launch of the one-stop shop for brands to target and grow MILLENNIAL audiences through exclusive content produced by both. UMG+COMPLEX STUDIOS will utilize UMG’s vast catalog of recordings and acclaimed roster of artists with COMPLEX’s youth demo and current slate of award-winning video, print and digital formats to reach their network of over 140 million monthly visitors. This first-of-its-kind partnership will not only give brands the ability to seamlessly partner with artists through the creation of original content, but will give UMG’s artists new opportunities to monetize their content and brands.
