KLEVEN BROADCASTING COMPANY OF MINNESOTA is selling Country KKOJ-A and Oldies KRAQ/JACKSON, MN and the construction permit for K249EO/SPIRIT LAKE, IA to COMMUNITY FIRST BROADCASTING, LLC for $735,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

In other deals filed with the FCC, SOUTH SOUND BROADCASTING LP is selling K291CD (formerly K293BU)/CENTRALIA, WA and K270CG/SUMNER, WA to SUNNYLANDS BROADCASTING, L.L.C. for $14,000 ($3,500 for K270CG, $10,500 for K291CD).

MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO has applied for a Silent STA for recently-acquired W215CG/DULUTH, MN while it installs equipment.
