D'Aurelio Upped To Dir./Marketing At Emmis' WRKS And WQCD

EMMIS ups WQCD (CD 101.9)/NEW YORK Dir./Marketing BRIAN D’AURELIO to Sr. Marketing Director. D’AURELIO will oversee all marketing aspects for both Smooth Jazz WQCD and Urban AC WRKS (98.7 KISS FM). 

EMMIS NEW YORK Sr. VP/Market Manager DAN HALYBURTON announced the move as part of a restructuring of the EMMIS NEW YORK Marketing and Sales departments. D’AURELIO’s promotion follows that of ALEX CAMERON, who was recently named Dir./Sales for EMMIS NEW YORK , and former WQHT (HOT 97)/NEW YORK Marketing Director KEVIN COX, who has now been named to a senior role in the station’s sales department (see Net News 8/30).

In a press release, HALYBURTON commented on D'AURELIO's promotion saying, "BRIAN's leadership, creativity and drive will enable us to beat the tough competition that we face in the NEW YORK market."
