BEVERLY BROADCASTING CO., LLC is selling Classic Hits WRKQ-A/MADISONVILLE, TN to STORM FRONT COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $44,000 ($2,000 down, $13,000 cash at closing, $29,000 in a 48-month promissory note at 5% per annum).

LIGHT OF LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WRPB/BENEDICTA, ME while it moves the station's antenna.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF COSTA MESA, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KWDS/KETTLEMAN CITY, CA "due to financial considerations" (the station is for sale and the license will be turned in if a buyer has not been found by DECEMBER 7th).

LARRY CRAIN SR.'s CAPITAL CITY BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of Contemporary Christian KKSP (93.3 THE FISH, formerly Sports 93.3 THE JOCK)/BRYANT-LITTLE ROCK, AR to SALEM MEDIA GROUP's SOUTH TEXAS BROADCASTING, INC. for $1.5 million.  SALEM, a the time the deal was filed in APRIL, also assumed operation of Talk KHTE (96.5 THE VOICE) under a time brokerage agreement, renaming that station 96.5 THE ANSWER.

HOPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF MARLTON, INC. has closed on the sale of W221BV/NEW HOLLAND, PA to HALL COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $120,000.

LIFE ON THE WAY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the donation of K211DA/SELMA, CA to ONE MINISTRIES, INC.

And CATHOLIC COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of K285FF/METAIRIE-NEW ORLEANS, LA to CROCODILE BROADCASTING CORPORATION, INC. for $220,000.  The station will rebroadcast Tropical KGLA-A (RADIO TROPICAL CALIENTE)/GRETNA-NEW ORLEANS, LA.
