Arthur And Barbara Sheridan Sue iHeartMedia In Georgia Over Pre-1972 Royalty Claim

ARTHUR and BARBARA SHERIDAN have filed another class action suit against iHEARTMEDIA, this time in GEORGIA Middle District Court in ALBANY, GA, over pre-1972 copyright royalty claims.

The SHERIDANS, ILLINOIS residents and the owners of master recordings of several pre-1972 songs by THE FLAMINGOS, THE MOONGLOWS, T-BONE WALKER, JIMMY REED, and others, previously sued iHEARTMEDIA in U.S District Court in the Central District of CALIFORNIA over the same claims, and sued SIRIUSXM RADIO and PANDORA MEDIA in NEW YORK law for their claims.

The new suit cites GEORGIA RICO laws as the basis for its claims.
