CUMULUS News-Talk KWQW (98.3 THE TORCH)/DES MOINES abruptly flipped to Classic Hip-Hop as 98.3 THE VIBE at noon (CT) TODAY with MC HAMMER's "Too Legit To Quit."
THE TORCH PD/morning host ROBERT REES exited in the flip. REES joined the station from GREAT PLAINS MEDIA News-Talk WRPW (CITIES 92.7)/BLOOMINGTON, IL in 2011.
