CHARLES CRAWFORD, who closed on the sale of W231CU/MIAMI to ZOO COMMUNICATIONS for $650,000, holds a construction permit to move to 104.7 FM at a tower near the MIAMI-DADE COUNTY-BROWARD COUNTY line with 99 watts at 748 feet. The translator will rebroadcast the "EVOLUTION 93.5" Dance format.
