PILGRIM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Religion KRCN-A/LONGMONT-DENVER, CO to CATHOLIC RADIO NETWORK for $850,000 ($131,000 deposit, time-brokerage agreements of $9,000, a promissory note for the balance). The buyer programs KRCN under a time brokerage agreement; it formerly owned Religion KPIO-A/LOVELAND (now KKCL-A), which it turned over to LOVELAND RADIO PARTNERS, LLC for cancellation of debt to WP MEDIA LENDING, LLC of $569,000, plus $10, earlier this year. That station was sold yesterday to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for $80,000.
In other filings with the FCC, the JERALD EDSON ISENHART TRUST is selling K247CH/ENTIAT, WA and K250BL/BREWSTER, WA to DIVINE MERCY BROADCASTING for $15,600. JERRY E. ISENHART himself is selling K221BT/OTHELLO, WA to DIVINE MERCY BROADCASTING for $70,800, SUSAN J. SMITH is selling K243CD/BREWSTER, WA to DIVINE MERCY for $2,400, and DR. MIKE ISENHART is selling K254CJ/CHELAN, WA, K290BD/OMAK, WA, K244DY/TWISP, WA, and K284BC/WINTHROP, WA to the same buyer for $31,200.
WQTM, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WQTM-A/FAIR BLUFF, NC due to transmitter problems.
