Cumulus' SweetJack, Entercom Sued Over Jewelry Design

After a CALIFORNIA court in JANUARY dismissed CUMULUS MEDIA, INC. and its SWEETJACK, LLC subsidiary from a case brought by L.A. GEM AND JEWELRY DESIGN, INC. over alleged copyright infringement for selling jewelry that allegedly infringed on the plaintiff's design, the plaintiff has again sued CUMULUS and SWEETJACK over the same issue and has added several more defendants, including ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS CORP.
The original claims against CUMULUS and SWEETJACK were dismissed without prejudice by CALIFORNIA Central District Court Judge JOHN F. WALTER on JANUARY 20th.
The initial suit was filed on NOVEMBER 7th, 2014 against CUMULUS, SWEETJACK, IMSMISTYLE, BLUSH JEWELRY, LLC, and PILAR VARGAS, and a default judgement was entered against BLUSH; the new suit, also in CALIFORNIA Central District Court and filed on SEPTEMBER 29th, names ANGEL SALE LLC, BRIAN CONLEY, CUMULUS MEDIA, INC., KESHVI DHINGRA, DOES, ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS CORP., MURNIATI HERRICK, SUSAN KIM, ASHISH MALHOTRA, NEWEGG.COM, INC., PLUM DISTRICT, INC., RICK ROCHON, SAVE2GIVE, INC., SWEETJACK, LLC, SNIZHANA TYSHKOVA, ULINAI GROUP LLC, and NCROWD, INC., as well as five "John Doe" unidentified parties, as defendants.
