Report: Justin Kaufmann Takes Leave From WGN/Chicago Evenings

TRIBUNE News-Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO evening host JUSTIN KAUFMANN has stepped aside "indefinitely" to deal with "a private and personal matter," according to a report by ROBERTFEDER.COM.

KAUFMANN, who joined WGN earlier this year from crosstown CHICAGO PUBLIC MEDIA News-Talk WBEZ, stepped away from his WGN show on OCTOBER 6th and MATT BUBALA, AMY GUTH, ROB HART, BRIAN NOONAN, and JAMES VANOSDOL will be filling in, along with special CUBS shows for the duration of the team's run in the playoffs, with MARK CARMAN, ANDY MASUR, ADAM HOGE, and CONNOR MCKNIGHT.  KAUFMANN said he hopes to return to WGN soon.
