The DENVER POST reports that DENVER NUGGETS, COLORADO AVALANCHE, COLORADO RAPIDS, ST. LOUIS RAMS, ARSENAL, and PEPSI CENTER owner STAN KROENKE's KROENKE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT/KSE MEDIA VENTURES is buying Hot AC KIMN (MIX 100), Classic Hits KXKL (KOOL 105), and Country KWOF (92.5 THE WOLF)/DENVER from WILKS BROADCASTING for an undisclosed price. KSE owns ALTITUDE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT, the DENVER regional cable sports channel.
In filings with the FCC, the previously undisclosed price for the sale by CONNOISSEUR MEDIA of Adult Hits WBBE (BOB 97.9), Rock WIHN (96.7 I-ROCK), and Top 40 WWHX (HITS 100.7)/BLOOMINGTON-NORMAL, IL to NEUHOFF MEDIA is $2 million, according to the contract filed with the FCC.
