The DENVER POST reports that DENVER NUGGETS, COLORADO AVALANCHE, COLORADO RAPIDS, ST. LOUIS RAMS, ARSENAL, and PEPSI CENTER owner STAN KROENKE's KROENKE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT/KSE MEDIA VENTURES is buying Hot AC KIMN (MIX 100), Classic Hits KXKL (KOOL 105), and Country KWOF (92.5 THE WOLF)/DENVER from WILKS BROADCASTING for an undisclosed price.  KSE owns ALTITUDE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT, the DENVER regional cable sports channel.

In filings with the FCC, the previously undisclosed price for the sale by CONNOISSEUR MEDIA of Adult Hits WBBE (BOB 97.9), Rock WIHN (96.7 I-ROCK), and Top 40 WWHX (HITS 100.7)/BLOOMINGTON-NORMAL, IL to NEUHOFF MEDIA is $2 million, according to the contract filed with the FCC.

VAIL RADIO PARTNERS, LLC is selling KKVM/VAIL, CO and its booster KKVM-FM3/DILLON, CO to COOL RADIO, LLC for $250,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

OASIS OF FAITH, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at BRACKETVILLE, TX to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES OF THE VALLEY for $1.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W222BC/SANDERSVILLE, GA to EXPONENT BROADCASTING, INC. for $15,000.

AGAPE EDUCATIONAL MEDIA INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KAGP/GREENWOOD, TX due to transmitter replacement.

THE CROMWELL GROUP's BAYARD H. (BUD) WALTERS has applied to extend his STA for W241BU/CHARLESTON, IL, the license for which is personally held in his name, while a new transmitter is on order.

SABETTA PERSAUD's RAMA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of five AM stations in CENTRAL FLORIDA -- WLAA-A and WOKB-A/WINTER GARDEN, WMEL-A/COCOA BEACH, WNTF-A/BITHLO, and WKIQ-A/EUSTIS -- to daughter SHANTI PERSAUD's UNITY BROADCASTING LLC for $100.

And the UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS has closed on the sale of the construction permit for K229CW/MANHATTAN, KS to MANHATTAN BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $7,500.  The translator will rebroadcast News-Talk KMAN-A/MANHATTAN, KS.

BLACK GOLD BROADCASTING has turned in the license of Oldies WQXY-A/HAZARD, KY.  The station was silent since AUGUST 1, 2014 and did not return to the air on AUGUST 2nd, 2015 as required.
