The FCC has proposed a $1,500 fine against MORRIS BROADCASTING COMPANY OF NEW JERSEY, INC. for a late license renewal application for Gospel WIMG-A/EWING-TRENTON, NJ. The station's 2014 application was filed two months late with no explanation offered; the fine was reduced from the $3,000 base amount because the application was filed before the license expired.
The Commission also proposed a $1,500 fine against HAWK COMMUNICATIONS, LTC for a late license renewal application for Classic Hits WSPQ-A/SPRINGVILLE, NY, which filed one month late.
And GOOD CHRISTIAN RADIO BROADCASTING, INC. was also hit with the same $1,500 proposed fine for a late license renewal application for Religion WLIH (THE VOICE)/WHITNEYVILLE, PA, which filed just short of four months late.
