CBS RADIO News-Talk WCCO-A/MINNEAPOLIS will continue as radio flagship for the NBA's MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES under a new multi-year deal.   ALAN HORTON returns as play-by-play voice for his ninth season, with JOHN FOCKE as studio host.
