COLONIAL MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT is reporting a 10.8% increase in revenue for third quarter 2015. The growth is being credited to big increases at Classic Country WVTT-HD4-W256BQ (EAGLE 99.1)/OLEAN, NY, which saw a year-to-year jump of 373.6% over its previous syndicated Sports format, and Top 40 WXMT-HD3-W237CS-W257CW (95.3/99.3 HOT FM)/OLEAN, NY, which had no revenue attributed to it in 2014 as part of a simulcast of News-Talk WVTT-A.
Pres./CEO JEFF ANDRULONIS said, “It’s taken several years but our clients now see us as more than just a Radio group. We now offer digital marketing solutions like website design and social media engagement. We do live events including the annual FOURTH OF JULY Fireworks for the City of OLEAN and several summertime concerts. And we’ve added a Sports Marketing component by adding high school sports along with picking up NASCAR, PITTSBURGH PENGUINS hockey, and YANKEES baseball over the past year. So our clients are able to use one company to address multiple marketing needs.”
