USA RADIO NETWORKS, acquired this week by LIFTABLE MEDIA, has hired veteran talk host RUSTY HUMPHRIES as SVP/Programming.  HUMPHRIES has been doing a video series online for THE WASHINGTON TIMES and previously hosted a syndicated show for TALK RADIO NETWORK.
