Price For Kroenke-Wilks Denver Deal $54 Million; Twin Cities AM Simulcast Sold

The price by which DENVER NUGGETS, COLORADO AVALANCHE, COLORADO RAPIDS, ST. LOUIS RAMS, ARSENAL, and PEPSI CENTER owner STAN KROENKE (as KSE RADIO VENTURES, LLC) is buying Hot AC KIMN (MIX 100), Classic Hits KXKL (KOOL 105), and Country KWOF (92.5 THE WOLF)/DENVER (plus KIMN and KXKL boosters in BOULDER) from WILKS BROADCASTING is $54 million, according to the contract filed with the FCC.
In other filings with the FCC, DAVIDSON MEDIA STATION KLBP LICENSEE, LLC is selling Regional Mexican simulcast KMNV-A/ST. PAUL, MN and KMNQ-A/BROOKLYN PARK, MN (LA INVASORA) to SANTAMARIA BROADCASTING, INC. for $1.2 million less payments under a Time Brokerage Agreement which has been in effect since OCTOBER 31st, 2013.
DIVINE WORD COMMUNICATIONS is selling Religion WDWR-A and W277CC/PENSACOLA, FL, WYBT-A and WPHK/BLOUNTSTOWN, FL, WQOH-A/IRONDALE, AL, WJUV/CULLMAN, AL, WQOH-F/SPRINGVILLE, AL, WDLG/GROVE HILL, AL, W224CK/VESTAVIA HILLS, AL, W245CB/TALLAHASSEE, FL, and W262AR/BREWTON, AL plus the Time Brokerage Agreement under which DIVINE WORD programs WCVC-A/TALLAHASSEE to LA PROMESA FOUNDATION for $1,073,907.59 ($10,000 down, $55,000 for fixed expenses between the contract date and closing, $340,000 cash at closing, a $350,000 promissory note at 6% per annum in 15 installments of $35,442 each, and $318,907.59 in payment of seller's debts).
GEOS COMMUNICATIONS is selling Classic Hits WAZL-A/HAZELTON, PA to J.M.J. RADIO, INC. for $30,000.
COLQUITT COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. is selling Religion WBGP/MOULTRIE, GA to FAITH RADIO NETWORK, INC. for $14,000. The station already carries FAITH RADIO programming.
iHEARTMEDIA's CAPSTAR TX, LLC is trading W263CF/MERIDIAN, MS, K253CA/EAGLE RIVER, AK and W227CI/CATLETTSBURG, KY to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. in return for EDGEWATER waiving its rights to a tower lease under an HD Channel-Translator Agreement for a tower in PRICHARD, AL that has been dismantled.
