BEASLEY BROADCASTING Country WKIS/MIAMI returns to the air after being the victim of a pirate radio station operated by a local man, DARIN SATTER. For the past few weeks, SATTER's pirate station interfered with the WKIS signal, causing listeners to hear rap instead of the Country music they were seeking. The local NBC-TV affiliate reports that he has been charged with unauthorized transmission/interference with a public radio station and faces a max of five years imprisonment and a $5,000 fine.
