ALL ACCESS extends sympathies to friends and family of musician and producer JOHN JENNINGS, following his passing on FRIDAY evening (10/16) after a long battle with cancer. He was 62.

JENNINGS is probably most familiar to those in the Country format for his collaboration with MARY CHAPIN CARPENTER, for whom he produced eight albums during her successful early 90s run, in addition to playing in her band. A multi-instrumentalist, he also worked with a diverse list of artists that included JANIS IAN, IRIS DEMENT and GEORGE JONES; projects on which he played, sang or produced.
