MACDONALD BROADCASTING Country WKCQ/SAGINAW OM/afternooner RICK WALKER has exited after six and a half years. As ALL ACCESS reported previously, MIKE SCOT has been tapped as new OM, coming from KDCU (CD 101.7)/MONTEREY. He'll be starting this MONDAY (9/25). Aside from WKCQ, the MACDONALD/SAGINAW cluster includes Adult Variety WMJO and AC WSAM.
