Kevin Fleming Officially Named KKBT PD

RADIO ONE Urban AC KKBT (100.3 THE BEAT)/LOS ANGELES makes it official and names URBAN BUZZ Publisher and former KACE/LOS ANGELES PD KEVIN FLEMING the station's PD (NET NEWS 9/11)
