CUMULUS Country WGKX (KIX 106)/MEMPHIS has given the Dir./Promotions reins to HALEY WEST. She has served as Assist. Dir./Promotion for KIX for two years and succeeds NIKKI JIMENEZ, who recently left to join the newly-created BIG LOUD RECORDS (NET NEWS 9/15).
