ADELE’s eagerly anticipated “Hello” music video is the new VEVO record holder, delivering over 27 million views in its first 24 hours. “Hello” made its official digital debut exclusively on VEVO at 3a (ET) on OCTOBER 23rd. 

ADELE takes over first place from previous champion TAYLOR SWIFT, whose "Bad Blood" video scored 20.1 million views in its first 24 hours after its MAY 17th debut earlier this year.

The rest of the Top 5 includes NICKI MINAJ's "Anaconda, which debuted with 19.6 million views on AUGUST 19th, 2014; MILEY CYRUS' "Wrecking Ball," which bowed with 19.3 million views on SEPTEMBER 9th, 2013, and SHAKIRA f/RIHANNA's "Can't Remember To Forget You," which garnered 17.1 million views on JANUARY 30th, 2014.
