Midroll's Howl Premium Debuts 'Something Cool' Audio Documentary Podcast

New Show

MIDROLL MEDIA's HOWL PREMIUM subscription podcast service is launching an audio documentary series, "SOMETHING COOL," TODAY (10/26).  The show is being produced by actress/writer and "CRYBABIES" podcast co-host SARAH THYRE and filmmaker RACHEL LICHTMAN and debuts with an episode featuring the story of singer/songwriter BOBBIE GENTRY, narrated by MARY STEENBURGEN with commentary from ROSANNE CASH, SUSANNA HOFFS, KELLY HOGAN, EVIE SANDS, JILL SOBULE, and TARA MURTHA.  Future episodes look at the careers of THE GTOS and "MONTY PYTHON'S FLYING CIRCUS" actress CAROL CLEVELAND.

"By design, each story is shared through a tapestry of sound: layers of clips and conversations that not only transport the listener to those key moments in time, but also help bring the audience a closer view into the artist's world from the perspective of insiders."
