FCC Commissioner JESSICA ROSENWORCEL will be in front of the Senate Commerce Committee TODAY (10/28) as the panel holds a hearing on her confirmation for another 5-year term at the Commission.
ROSENWORCEL has been serving on the FCC since MAY 2012; President OBAMA nominated her for a second term on MAY 22nd of this year, and she can remain in her current role until the end of the year while awaiting Senate confirmation.
