ENTERCOM has inked EVP/CFO STEVE FISHER to a new contract extension.
The new deal, revealed in an SEC filing, extends FISHER's contract through FEBRUARY 28th, 2017. Salary and bonuses remain the same under the new deal. FISHER will also be eligible for an equity grant of 91,666 Restricted Stock Units vesting 50% on FEBRUARY 28th, 2017 and 50% on FEBRUARY 28th, 2018.
