SCHURZ COMMUNICATIONS' RUSHMORE MEDIA COMPANY, INC. is selling Classic Rock KFXS (100.3 THE FOX), Hot AC KKMK (93.9 THE MIX), Country KOUT (KAT COUNTRY 98.7), and K248BT/RAPID CITY, SD; Top 40 KRCS (HOT 93.1)/STURGIS, SD; K280AJ/HILL CITY, SD; and K252DN/SPEARFISH, SD to HOMESLICE MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $2.5 million.  At the same time, SCHURZ's WASK, INC. is selling Sports WASK-A (ESPN RADIO 1450), Rock WKHY, and Country WKOA (K105)/LAFAYETTE, IN; Classic Hits WASK-F/BATTLE GROUND, IN; and Top 40 WXXB (B 102.9)/DELPHI, IN to NEUHOFF FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for $8 million.  And SCHURZ's DOUGLAS ROAD RADIO, INC. is selling Classic Hits WZOC (Z94.3)/PLYMOUTH, IN and Country WHFB-F (NEW COUNTRY 99.9)/BENTON HARBOR, MI to WSJM, INC. and WSBT, INC. is selling AC WNSN (SUNNY 101.5), News-Talk WSBT-A, and W241AD/SOUTH BEND, IN to WSJM, INC. for a combined $5.5 million.  SCHURZ sold its broadcast stations to GRAY TELEVISION GROUP, INC. in SEPTEMBER and is spinning the radio properties in these transactions. leaving GRAY with the former SCHURZ television stations.

GHB OF WAXHAW, INC. is selling Religion WTIX-A/CONCORD, NC to 2B PRODUCTIONS LLC for $65,000.

PAULINO BERNAL EVANGELISM is selling K201EU/KATY, TX to ALELUYA BROADCASTING NETWORK for $70,000.

KONA COAST RADIO, LLC has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KNIT/KAUNAKAKAI, HI while it awaits action on its application for a new site.  KONA COAST RADIO has also applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KVAM/LIMON, CO for the same reason, and one for KKHI/HUGO, CO while new studios (co-located with KVAM) are built.

FUTURE MODULATION BROADCASTING, LLC has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KHAL/CEDARVILLE, CA due to staffing issues.

THE MONTANA RADIO COMPANY, LLC has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KZMO/ROUNDUP, CO because of structural problems at its tower.

CULTURAL ENERGY has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KCEI/RED RIVER, MT while it awaits completion of its transmitter building construction, delayed due to forest service requirements, and due to an accident at the site.

BULLIE BROADCASTING CORPORATION has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for WBAW-F/PEMBROKE, GA while the estate of late owner GARY DODD works on construction of a new tower.

JESUS ES SENOR has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for low power KVLJ-LP/VICTORIA, TX while it builds at its newly-approved site.

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA POUGHKEEPSIE LICENSES, LLC has closed on the swap of WALL-A/MIDDLETOWN, NY to BUD WILLIAMSON's DIGITAL RADIO BROADCASTING, INC. for W239AC/MIDDLETOWN.

4-K RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of Country KORT-A-F/GRANGEVILLE, ID, K221BA/KAMIAH, ID, and K240AP/PIERCE, ID to JAMES C. NELLY, JR. and DARCY NELLY's NELLY BROADCASTING IDAHO, LLC for $75,000.

And MARK JORGENSON's ACM DALLAS V LLC has closed on the sale of KFCD-A/FARMERSVILLE, TX-DALLAS to VIKRAM SHAH BROADCASTING, INC. for $800,000.
