SCHURZ COMMUNICATIONS' RUSHMORE MEDIA COMPANY, INC. is selling Classic Rock KFXS (100.3 THE FOX), Hot AC KKMK (93.9 THE MIX), Country KOUT (KAT COUNTRY 98.7), and K248BT/RAPID CITY, SD; Top 40 KRCS (HOT 93.1)/STURGIS, SD; K280AJ/HILL CITY, SD; and K252DN/SPEARFISH, SD to HOMESLICE MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $2.5 million. At the same time, SCHURZ's WASK, INC. is selling Sports WASK-A (ESPN RADIO 1450), Rock WKHY, and Country WKOA (K105)/LAFAYETTE, IN; Classic Hits WASK-F/BATTLE GROUND, IN; and Top 40 WXXB (B 102.9)/DELPHI, IN to NEUHOFF FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for $8 million. And SCHURZ's DOUGLAS ROAD RADIO, INC. is selling Classic Hits WZOC (Z94.3)/PLYMOUTH, IN and Country WHFB-F (NEW COUNTRY 99.9)/BENTON HARBOR, MI to WSJM, INC. and WSBT, INC. is selling AC WNSN (SUNNY 101.5), News-Talk WSBT-A, and W241AD/SOUTH BEND, IN to WSJM, INC. for a combined $5.5 million. SCHURZ sold its broadcast stations to GRAY TELEVISION GROUP, INC. in SEPTEMBER and is spinning the radio properties in these transactions. leaving GRAY with the former SCHURZ television stations.
