CUMULUS MEDIA brings aboard FRANK VULPI as VP/Market Manager of its WESTCHESTER, NY cluster. VULPI was previously a sales executive with BLOOMBERG, LP, and served as SVP/Advertising Sales and VP/Syndication Sales-Distribution during his tenure there. Prior to that, he was VP/GM at UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS and was GSM of NBC RADIO in NEW YORK CITY.
