KTSY/Boise Grants Christmas Wishes Early

Contemporary Christian KTSY (89.5)/BOISE started celebrating CHRISTMAS early this year. With the help of area business partners, KTSY raised over $10,000 to grant CHRISTMAS wishes for underprivileged families in the area.

The station worked with the ROARING SPRINGS WATERPARK and TRINITY HOME MORTGAGE to sell “KTSY Summer Santa” posters which pictured Santa in beachwear to benefit the project. Some wishes that were granted: stocking firewood for a family to last through the winter, building ramps and rails around a handicapped boy’s house, and lawn service for life for an elderly lady who recently lost her husband.
