Report: Judge Awards $2 Million Insurance Policy To Casey Kasem Offspring

A judge has ruled that the offspring of CASEY KASEM should receive $2 million from a life insurance policy taken out on the deceased radio legend, TMZ reports. KASEM's widow, JEAN KASEM, asked MET LIFE to withhold payment to the descendants because she alleged they contributed to his death. The four KSEN offspring had previously filed suit against the widow for the same thing.

METLIFE asked a judge to decide who got the money. The judge ruled in the offspring's favor, saying the trustee is the sole and rightful beneficiary.
