NIELSEN HOLDINGS PLC COO BRIAN J. WEST is leaving the company at the end of the year, the company informed the SEC in a Form 8-K filing MONDAY (11/2).
WEST joined NIELSEN in 2007 as CFO and became COO in MARCH 2014; he previously served in management at GENERAL ELECTRIC.
The filing said that WEST will exit at close of business DECEMBER 31st and his duties will be "divided among existing company executives."
